Our Technology

  • We bring light to the sample using optical fibers allowing you to put the analyzer in an existing shelter or in the control room.

  • You can safely work with the instrument without having to suit up saving you time, because we are not flowing potentially lethal or explosive gases inside the instrument for analysis.

  • We multiplex the light signal enabling one analyzer to monitor several sample points, lowering your cost per point.

  • We use light to measure chemistry, eliminating the need for chemical reagents or replacement of chromatographic columns, thereby lowering your long-term maintenance costs.

  • Our Optical Solutions' brand filter photometers have no moving parts, such as fast spinning filter wheel bushings to replace, again, lowering your maintenance costs.

  • We manufacture each component and provide complete systems, including analyzer, probe, fibers and sample conditioning so you don't have to worry about whether all the parts work together.

  • We can provide you with spectrophotometers (full-spectrum) or photometers (discrete wavelengths) for just the level of technology that you need to solve your application. We don't force fit one technology where the other is more appropriate, because we have both.

  • We have worldwide service and technical support with offices in Europe, India and Asia to get you operating quickly and keep your system performing with minimal down-time.

  • We have a broad range of fiber optic probes for insertion into reactors, pipes and large vessels, and flow probes for side streams to solve most installation needs, including a wide variety of chemically compatible wetted parts.

  • We have excellent fault detection to minimize guesswork and technician's time in troubleshooting a problem.

  • Similarly, our analyzers can be remotely accessed over secure LANs so you don't have to waste time sending a technician out to the field to find out the nature of a fault.

  • Our technology can provide nearly instantaneous on-line results for decision-making.  It is amazing to see how most of our customers learn more about their processes from continuous chemical monitoring than they have with sporadic grab sampling.   This improves process efficiency and product quality.

  • We can show you how to reduce complex modeling methods so that they can be managed at the plant level.
